GigSmart will soon be launching as the premier business requester-worker pairing service, redefining how people work in the modern-day gig economy. My task was to create a novel brand experience that would connect businesses with ready-and-waiting skilled workers.


Like many startups, they asked us to build the brand and its ecosystem of channels in tandem, with a very tight deadline. Our team strategically built the brand with differentiated positioning and expression that could flex seamlessly across advertising, collateral, app, and web—and for two distinct audiences.
